According to WILX News Ten Sports, Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings has charged two MSU athletes for their involvement in an October 18th off-campus altercation.
Warrants were issued today for the arrests of two MSU students, believed to be university athletes involved in an off-campus brawl.
Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings authorized three counts of aggravated assault against one person and one count of assault and battery against a second. Authorities will not release their identities until they have been arraigned.

UPDATE: Joe Rexrode of the Lansing State Journal reports that Michigan State football players Glenn Winston and Mitchell White were the two MSU athletes charged in this case.
Arrest warrants have been issued for two people in connection with the Oct. 19 fight involving MSU football and hockey players, and East Lansing 54-B District Court documents show that freshman running back Glenn Winston and walk-on freshman receiver Mitchell White are the two who will be charged.

Michigan State head coach Mark Dantonio confirmed during the MSU basketball game today that his Spartans will be playing in Orlando on New Years Day in the Capital One Bowl against the Georgia Bulldogs of the SEC conference. MSU last played in the bowl in 1999 when they beat the Florida Gators in what was then called the Citrus Bowl.
